Job Description
As our Marketing Executive, you’ll support the Senior Marketing Manager for Live Events and the wider marketing team on a variety of integrated marketing activities to increase awareness and drive conversion across portfolio, with particular focus on live events.
Qualifications- At least 1-2 years’ experience working in event marketing in a B2B environment.
- Hands-on experience with marketing technology stacks such as Salesforce, Active Campaign, GA4, WordPress, Monday.com, SEM Rush, Data Studio or similar.
- Knowledge of the wider marketing landscape and channels.
- Execution of the marketing strategy, including planning, implementation, management, and optimisation for both inbound marketing and paid media
- Confident copywriting and editing skills and best practices for email marketing.
- Building and strengthening relationships with internal and external teams within the business.
- Design and implementation of testing and optimisation strategies (including A/B testing landing pages and CTA’s)
- Works collaboratively with the wider marketing team to review and make changes/improvements to digital campaigns to ensure customer engagement and conversion are optimised.
- Time management and organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- The ability to work collaboratively with multiple key stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Identifies evolving marketing best practices and collaborates with internal stakeholders and external agencies to develop new cutting-edge marketing campaigns.
- Proven experience working remotely and effectively managing complex workflows in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Information
Key Responsibilities- Working with the Senior Marketing Manager on audience and delegate lead generation campaigns for live events.
- Develop email campaigns to segmented audience types to drive engagement and deliver marketing qualified leads for the delegate sales team.
- Help produce promotional creative assets and sales collateral to be used across multiple platforms.
- Support on digital media, including the website and social media channels.
- Measure and report on campaign performance metrics for optimisation that feeds into your line managers wider reporting.
