We are currently recruiting for a Junior Marketing Manager for a great and sustainable client of ours. We are looking for a dynamic individual to join the team responsible for the communication and promotion of their successful international portfolio of business-to-business events. This role is key to their success; exciting, innovative events that run like clockwork are a fundamental part of their unique market offering.
The Role
As an essential member of their dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in driving their b2b event marketing initiatives. Their core responsibilities will encompass:
Strategic Marketing Planning: Serve as the architect of their strategic marketing plans, utilizing their expertise in email marketing, social media, PPC, content creation, and data analysis to optimize attendance and audience growth.
Lead Generation Expertise: Spearhead lead generation efforts by converting website traffic into marketing-qualified leads. Develop compelling calls-to-action, captivating landing pages, and compelling lead-generation content.
Execution of Impactful Marketing Campaigns: Execute marketing campaigns with the dual focus of enhancing sponsorship and driving sales of delegate tickets.
Data Analysis: Analyze, build, and research data to make informed decisions, recognizing the critical role of data in the marketing domain.
Social Media Expertise: Leverage their proficiency in social media marketing to expand their reach and foster meaningful connections with their target audience.
Collaboration with Graphic Designers: Collaborate closely with their skilled graphic designers to create visually striking promotional materials that leave a lasting impression.
Strategic Partnerships Development: Key responsibility for developing and implementing impactful contra deals with key media, industry, and event partners to fortify their market position.
Website Management: Assume responsibility for keeping their events website updated and engaging, ensuring a seamless online experience for their audience.
Copywriting Excellence: Showcase their adept copywriting skills by crafting compelling content across various media and promotional materials.
End-to-End Campaign Management: Oversee the development and management of end-to-end campaigns, demonstrating a comprehensive range of skills and creativity.
